General Info
Time in this game marches along with Real Life time, though the year is indeterminate. Sometime between 2013 a.d. and now sounds about right. That means that when it's February 1st in Real Life, it's February 1st in the game, and the moon phase is the same.
We also utilize Fuzzy Time, so if you don't get a thread wound up before the day (or month!) it occurs in passes by RL, you can "fuzzy" the time so that your charrie can be active both in the present and in the past. Backdating is fine, but even in the game we can't foresee the future.
Stone Mountain, GA is a small town 16 miles east of Atlanta. It's also a park, centered around the "world's largest stone," an enormous rounded outcropping of pure granite that looks as though it was plopped out of God's ice cream scoop. There's an equally massive carving of Civil War generals cut into one side, and a lovely reservoir lake.
We've adapted the real place for our nefarious purposes, so don't expect to go to Stone Mountain on vacation and get a latte at The Daily Grind or snoop around for the lavish Pack House.
Go here for information on the real city (it's well worth a visit, online and on-ground!)
Check back here occasionally. We add things as we think of them!
